The building is 5,300 square meters divided into 2,000 square meters workshop and 3,300 sqm of office / dressing room / canteen.
The area will be shared by 5 companies; IKM Consultants, IKM Instrutek, IKM Machining, IKM IKM Operations and IKM Services.
The IKM Group IT department will also sit there.
