IKM Invest will acquire 80% of the shares in Uniteam Holding and subsidiaries. The remaining 20% will be owned by existing management. IKM Invest is acquiring a company with approx. 100 employees divided between 5 countries, with an annual turnover of approx. 350 MNOK. The company has delivered a positive operating result over the last few years.

Uniteam has over the last few years experienced a great growth within supply and rental of containers and modules to the oil- and gas industry. The company has also grown substantially within delivery of modules for schools, kindergartens, welfare housing and to other public entities. The company is already a well-established and well-known supplier of modules and containers to the building-, construction-, and transport industry.
The management believes the acquisition will provide Uniteam with the required financial basis to strengthen the activities in these sectors and considers it crucial for the company's future growth.
The acquisition is subject to final approval from the Norwegian Competition Authority.
