From 2009 Einar held HR managers roles in Equinor and Baker Hughes. His last assignment in Equinor was head of HR in the Research & technology organization.

From his experience in the industry, Einar has good insight in this segment both from the customer side and from being department manager in IKM Consultant from 2004-07.
Einar holds a master degree in management from Norwegian Business School (BI)
